Skill development and, occasionally, behavioral change in key leaders is required by the organization to enhance individual performance. Dr. Lippert uses a variety of behavioral techniques, assessments, and feedback methods to achieve a set of mutually defined goals to improve a leader’s behavior.
Dr. Lippert’s executive coaching approach consists of a co-created, facilitated one-on-one sessions that incorporate proven tools and processes for behavioral change. The goal is to coach and develop individual executives who are critical to the success of the organization.
